Overview

Basik Transcriber is designed with privacy as a core principle. All audio processing and transcription happens entirely on your device. No audio data ever leaves your phone.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• No audio files are uploaded to any server
• No transcription results are sent anywhere
• No usage analytics are collected
• No account or sign-in is required

On-Device Processing

The AI model runs locally on your device. Audio files shared with the app are processed in memory and are not retained after the app is closed.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display banner ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is Google AdMob for advertising. No other third-party services receive your data.

If this policy is updated, the changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
